NASA Energy Program:

The Energy Program promotes improved application of NASA satellite data, model products, and scientific findings by public and private organizations to benefit society. The program particularly supports applications associated with the implementation of improved techniques involving locating and utilizing energy sources.

The Energy Program focuses on themes of energy source distribution, increased efficiency, and the use of non-traditional energy sources. The goal of the NASA Energy Program is to develop applications that can be used by public and private organizations to determine how to better and more cost effectively harness non-traditional energy sources using NASA data for the betterment of society.
