Background
Cordelia Hiers Brady is the Program Coordinator for NASA’s Applied Sciences agriculture application area. In this role, Cordelia will work with program element teams to develop goals and metrics and identify measures of program and project progress success & impact and use indicators to track portfolio performance. Cordelia will also contribute to increasing partnerships and external engagement through representing the applications area’s projects, activities, and program elements.
Prior to joining NASA’s Applied Sciences team, Cordelia worked at the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR) as a Scientific Program Officer where she supported the Scientific Program Department in conceptualizing and developing new scientific strategies, partnerships, timelines, budgets, and other objectives that support pioneering research. Cordelia also worked at Tappan, Rastegar, Mendes LLP, where she supported the three Partners as a Paralegal. Cordelia earned a master’s degree in agricultural business & economics from Murray State University and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural science.
