The 8th annual meeting of Working Group on Capacity Building and Data Democracy (WGCapdD) of Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS), scheduled March 6-9, 2019 at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organization, Department of Space, Government of India in Dehradun, India. The meeting provides an opportunity and platform to assess the progress made so far for WGCapD activities as well as planning for future for the WGCapD team.
