NASA's Earth Applied Sciences Program helps people use Earth observations to solve our planet's most pressing issues. During the worldwide coronavirus outbreak, Applied Sciences works within the Earth Science Division to support innovative and practical uses of NASA data while also making the health, welfare and safety of our users, partners, scientists and staff a priority.

In addition to our Program’s on-going work, we are pursuing efforts to use Earth observations to address issues encountered because of COVID-19 both through dedicated projects and leadership roles we serve domestically and internationally. Please visit the individual program area webpages to learn more.
